For players of online role-playing games such as EverQuest 2 and World of Warcraft, battling monsters and amassing treasure is an enjoyable form of escapism. Yet the real and virtual worlds are increasingly intertwined.

since Patch 2.2 every time I change a continent or enter a instance my World of Warcraft exits with an error. I´m playing WoW since Patch 1.8 and I never had a problem like that before. Does anybody has a solution?
Following error message pops up (Blizzard bug tool):
Code:

I don't have the install CDs but I do have my WoW folder that I keep backed up on an external drive.
keeping in mind I am COMPLETELY new to Linux is there a way to just copy my wow files over and set it up to work?

the issue is i am unable to either read the addons folder, or my WTF/Config.wtf from cedega its self, each time it starts up it resets my settings.
Logging into wow no addons is listed on the charecter screen.
Playing from the same folder i am able to perform both of these under wine.
All files have been chmod'ed 777 in my wow folder this was just to be on the safe side.
I have tried to manually edit the config file for cedega, and ive tried the default settings for the game. The issues remain the same.
I've been trying for weeks to get this working, and asked in the #cedega channel on freenode (however only silence)
my opengl etc is functioning... (well i am playing under wine without these issues, but i want to be able to play under cedega so i can get some propper graphics and have hardware curser).
Any help/tips are welcome.

Having experienced extreme lag--in excess of 1000ms--on the PTR with patch 2.2, I merely figured it was the server succumbing to its high population. But now that the patch is live, where as I used to sit around 60ms, I know hover at about 1200ms.
To make sure it wasn't a patch day coincidence, I logged into WoW from another computer running Windows--it worked fine. So I launched WoW through WINE, and I experienced no latency issues. The problem only occurs when I run WoW v2.2 from within Cedega.
Is anyone else experiencing extreme fits of lag since the new patch has gone live? And moreover, is there a solution?
