I don't have the install CDs but I do have my WoW folder that I keep backed up on an external drive.
keeping in mind I am COMPLETELY new to Linux is there a way to just copy my wow files over and set it up to work?

Yes it is.
That is what I do. I actually have a dual boot because I need windows for one stupid program for our business. Anyway I had originally installed WoW on that NTFS drive. I just made a folder on my Linux drive and copied over the entire WoW contents. In Cedega clicked install and set the path to wow.exe in the folder I copied to. I then made an icon in Cedega (right click on the name you used when you created the install, it's an option) and pointed it to the wow.exe file. Works like a charm.
